- MEAL INSTRUCTIONS -
Are your meals ready to eat?
Our meals require baking and or reheating. Our meals are delivered in foil pans ready to bake. Please follow the recommended reheating instructions that come with every meal.
How long will the meals last?
Each fresh dish will be good for 1 week in the fridge. If you choose, you may freeze the meals for up to 3 months.
What if I have a food allergy?
If you have a concern about a menu item or a food allergy, please contact us directly. All menu items are labeled with a full ingredient list.
- PLACING AN ORDER -
What is your order cut-off time?
All orders must be placed by 11AM on Monday for Wednesday delivery.
Am I able to order and have a meal delivered as a gift?
Yes! At checkout, in the shipping address section, please provide the name, address, and phone number to whom you would like the meal delivered.
- PAYMENT -
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for payment and checks upon delivery. Please note, a 3% surcharge will be added for all card transactions.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at time of ordering. Checks will be due at delivery no exceptions.
- DELIVERY -
Where and when do I pick up my meal?
Deliveries for orders outside of the delivery area will be arranged at a central location. Please select in checkout the best delivery/pick-up location for you. All deliveries will be on Wednesday. You will receive an email with delivery information Tuesday evening. We will deliver between the hours of 2pm-6pm. If picking up at location, please be on time and remember to bring a cooler if you are not going straight home. Food is perishable and needs to be refrigerated for best quality. Again, if you will not be home during the delivery window, please leave a cooler outside with ice as food is perishable.
Can freezer items be picked up on days other than Wednesday?
Yes! These items can be picked up by appointment only and based on availability. Once we receive your order, we will schedule a time to pick up. Remember these orders as well need to be ordered by 11AM Monday as well.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery fee will be $5, even for pickup locations outside the delivery zone as well.
Do I have to be home to accept delivery?
We do recommend that you are at home to accept delivery to ensure the freshness of the meal by immediately storing the items in your refrigerator or freezer.
***If you do not plan to be at home, please put out a cooler with ice/ice pack by your front door. Coolers need to be big enough to fit a 13x10.5 inch pan. If you are not home and forget to put out your own cooler, the meal will be left for you at your front door. We are not responsible for the meals once they are delivered to your home. If you need special arrangements please contact us directly.
